• You must email us within the next day (24 hours) of receiving your order to request a Cancellation or refund.

• Your email should include:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for Cancellation/refund
  • Product images (if applicable)

Important

If you do not email us within 24 hours, no refund will be provided. Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and the refund will be reflected in your original payment method shortly thereafter
